BRASIL
A combination of juicy tri-tip steak, perfectly seasoned chicken, & flavorful Brazilian sausage…in addition to garlic parmesan bread & fresh vegetables (onions, zucchini, & red bell pepper)…all grilled to perfection & sliced into bite size tasty portions. Served to your guests w/ Farofa (Brazilian seasoning) on beautiful wooden trays, adorned w/ fresh flowers.
This package also includes an introductory hour of Caipirinha service…a traditional Brazilian cocktail made with Cachaça (Brazilian sugar cane rum), lime, sugar and ice. Always a crowd favorite!
